Swarthmore Places 146 Student-Athletes on Centennial Spring Honor Roll, Messier Named Scholar-Athlete of the Year

LANCASTER, Pa. – Swarthmore College had 146 student-athletes listed on the Centennial Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll. In addition, Lisa Messier was named the Centennial Women’s Tennis Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Messier received top honors as the junior or senior student-athlete on the All-Centennial Team with the highest cumulative grade point average. She was also one of 32 Garnet student-athletes to earn Academic All-Centennial honors, which is awarded to those who earned All-Conference distinction in their respective sports while also claiming a spot on the Academic Honor Roll.
