No. 18 Knights tied for 12th following opening round of NCAA Championships

PALM DESERT, Calif. – The Carleton women’s golf team is tied for 12th following the opening round of the 2026 NCAA Division III National Championships, held at Desert Willow Golf Resort. The 18th-ranked Knights started strong on the Mountain View Course on Tuesday, sitting just two strokes outside of the top-10 in the field of 34 teams and 15 strokes behind the round one leader, Carnegie Mellon.
