CU Buffs add depth to defensive line

Malachi Brown, a defensive lineman from Monterey Peninsula College, committed to the Buffs and head coach Deion Sanders. Listed at 6-foot-3, 314 pounds, Brown is rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports. He visited CU in late April. He also took visits to Florida State, Kansas and Kansas State this spring. Overall, Brown had nine offers. Last season, Brown played in nine games, posting 36 tackles, seven tackles for loss and two forced fumbles.
