Cardinals Designate Matt Pushard, Recall Hunter Dobbins

Pushard was a Rule 5 pick and will need to be offered back to the Marlins if he goes unclaimed on waivers. Hunter Dobbins is being recalled from Triple-A in Pushard’s place.
