Butler Women’s Tennis Program Earns ITA Division I Academic Awards

Seven Butler women’s tennis student-athletes and the team as a whole were recognized for their performance in the classroom this past season as announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA). The Bulldogs, as a team, earned the ITA All-Academic Team award, which is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or above (on a 4.0 scale). All varsity letter winners were factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year. Individually, seven Bulldogs earned ITA Scholar-Athlete status.
