Cayer medals at U20 Pan-American Wrestling Championships

RIO DE JANEIRO – Two University of Calgary Dinos wrestlers represented the university on the continental stage at the 2026 U20 Pan-American Wrestling Championships in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, July 9-11, with Mackenzie Cayer leading the way with a bronze medal. Cayer competed in the 68-kilogram event, going 2-2 overall and outscoring her opponents 25-18 across four bouts. She capped her tournament with a 10-2 victory over Mexico to claim the bronze.
