    The Maritime College men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams continued their busy week with a dual meet against Lehman at the Lehman College APEX on Friday evening. The Privateer women won nine of the 13 events to earn a 116-68 triumph over the Lightning, while the men’s squad recorded its first victory of the season, 103-87.

    Senior Katherine Brown (Glenside, Pa./Abington) won three individual events and helped the 200-yard medley relay team to a win as well to lead the Lycoming College swimming teams in a dual meet at Penn State-Altoona on Friday night, Dec. 9. Penn State-Altoona edged the Lycoming women, 119-97, and won the men’s meet, 154-71.

    IOWA CITY, Iowa – The Iowa State swimming and diving team (3-1, 0-0 Big 12) topped Iowa (1-3, 0-2 Big Ten) by a score of 156-144. This marks the second-straight season the Cyclones knocked off the Hawkeyes, the first time ISU has recorded consecutive dual wins over the Hawkeyes since the 1994-95 and 1995-96 seasons.

    Annamarie Rodier’s (Mount Laurel, N.J./Lenape) impressive freshman season continued Friday night when she swept the 500-yard and 1000-yard freestyle races during a dual meet at Kean. The host Cougars triumphed in the remaining 12 events to stay unbeaten on the season by a 184-77 score.
