TUSCON, Ariz. — Tucson Heat has been on a tear lately and are currently sitting in the number two ranked spot in the nation on the USSSA Fast Pitch rankings.

The Heat took the tournament title game 7-1 in Phoenix a couple weeks ago as Soli Ramos locked them down from the circle and blasted a homer to help her own cause. The team is hot from all aspects as the pitching lead by Soli Ramos, Claire Achilles and Dylan Beaudot present a dominating front no matter who is on the mound.

The Heat has been hot in the batters box as well with Nana Lesley, Soli Ramos, Nola Ferriter and Emily Ryan all batting north of .400. Dylan Beaudot, Soli Ramos and Lilly Mann have had no problem sending the ball out of the park when runs are needed.

Rounding out this talented squad is Sara Hoagland, Shaylee Fuell, Ashlyn Swanson, Teagan Spier, Olivia Lazos and Naveh Lesley. All these young women are key to the team success. College scouts will be familiar with this Tucson team soon if they have not already felt the Heat!
