Normal Community’s Nic Kearfott named IADA Athletic Director of the Year
NORMAL, Ill. — Nic Kearfott of Normal Community High School was recently awarded Athletic Director of the Year from the IADA (Illinois Athletic Directors Association) for Class 3A & 4A, Division 5. Kearfott has served as Athletic Director for 16 years and was previously a varsity baseball coach, an assistant high school football coach, and a boys’ basketball coach for both junior high and high schoolers. He performs his job with integrity, high character, and makes decisions that are best for the student-athletes. Kearfott hopes that people remember him as someone that has carried on the great tradition and name of Normal Community High School and that he helped provide the student-athletes a memorable and enjoyable four years at NCHS.
