Clearview Middle School ice hockey teams win championships in the South Jersey League
MULLICA HILL, N.J. — The Clearview Middle School Ice Hockey Program had a fantastic weekend with both their Middle School-A and Middle School-C teams winning their respective Championships in the South Jersey League in a tournament that took place over the weekend of March 20-21.
The A team, coached by Ken Reagan and finishing with a 30-3 record over the last 2 years, was able to capture the championship defeating Shawnee 7-5.
The C team, coached by Bob Dusz and finishing with a 11-2 season record, was able to capture the crown defeating Kingsway 3-2.
After the playoffs were cancelled last year due to Covid-19, it was great to see the kids back on the ice laughing, having fun, and competing with their classmates again. That is what makes these championship wins extra special.
