Red Raiders sign Tadlock to lifetime contract
LUBBOCK, Texas (BVM) — On Monday, it was announced that the Texas Tech Red Raiders were giving head coach Tim Tadlock a lifetime contract.

Tadlock has been the head coach of the Red Raider baseball program since 2013. In eight seasons, he has taken Texas Tech to the College World Series four times and has helped the team win three Big 12 conference titles.
As head coach, Tadlock has an overall record of 336-165, 116-76 when it comes to conference play. And in 2021, the Red Raiders finished with a 35-13 record in the regular season, finishing third in the Big 12. The Big 12 tournament started Wednesday when the Red Raiders defeated the Baylor Bears 11-4. Texas Tech takes on TCU tonight.
Tadlock showed his loyalty to the program and the Red Raiders reunited the favor. They are lucky to have a coach like him and the fans of Lubbock are glad he’s staying.
