Canton McKinley to compete against Austintown-Fitch this Friday at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium
CANTON, Ohio (BVM) — With the 2021 Friday night lights officially underway, the McKinley High School football team is ready to make its name known. Claiming the newly built Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium as its home base, this program has a jam-packed schedule with many tough competitors. After a tough 49-7 loss to No. 4 Mentor High School last week, the Bulldogs need to reset its focus on defeating 1-0 Austintown-Fitch this Friday.
Led by interim head coach Antonio Hall and quarterback Keaton Rode, the McKinley program will need to leave what happened last week behind in order to stay on course. The Bulldogs are naturally in a great position with home advantage, so tune in at 7 p.m. on Aug. 27 to watch the showdown unfold.
