On the men’s side, the Spartans, who were recently ranked as the No. 15 team in the Southeast Region by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, finished in fourth place in the Big South with 546 points and 22nd overall in their 8-kilometer race behind High Point University. The Spartans were led by Dylan Christopher, who placed 91st overall with a personal record time of 24:49.

On the female’s side, the Spartans also finished in fourth place in the Big South with 819 points and 33rd overall in their 5-kilometer race behind High Point University’s women’s team. The Spartans were led by Jenna Reiter, who placed 109th overall with a personal record time of 18:12.
