Weston HS swimmer Theo Bodet, UC Santa Barbara commit is dominating in every pool

WESTON, Mass. — To be considered a top 10, all-time swimmer for the Weston Tide in 4 different events is saying something. Theo Bodet, Weston’s Senior swimmer extraordinaire is currently that person and most likely will crack the top 10 in every event by the end of the 2021/2022 season. Since freshman year, Theo has been the model of consistency, and, this season, he has been the most dominating swimmer in every pool in which he has competed. For example, on the December 22nd Weston/Wayland meet at Wayland, Theo broke 2 Wayland pool records – one in the 200 Individual Medley and the other in the 500 Freestyle.

As Coach McLaughlin states, “Theo is the most complete swimmer I have ever coached.”  When not swimming for the Weston Tide, Theo swims for the Gator Swim Club. Theo recently committed to swim at The University of California Santa Barbara, a Division 1 swim program. Interview with Theo Bodet:
