Upcoming Gridiron Golf Classic to support Franklin Athletics
FRANKLIN, Wis. — While we bask in the sunshine of the Sabers Football Team’s 2021 State Championship, we still should remember that the team needs our continuing support. The 2022 Franklin Sabers Gridiron Club would like you to know that you can spend a day helping the team, getting a little exercise and enjoying yourself, all at the same time. Consider registering for the 2022 Gridiron Golf Classic at Muskego Lakes Country Club on Saturday, August 6. Lunch will be served at 11:30, with a 1:30 pm start to the game.
If you want to promote your business, consider a sponsorship for the event. Sponsorships include Event Sponsor, Lunch Sponsor, Beverage Sponsor, Putting Challenge Sponsor and Hole Sponsor. Each of these includes recognition signage and various other privileges to benefit the sponsors, and the benefit to the team is that the gridiron club is able to provide needed support.
Last year, sponsorships equipped players with freshman uniforms, new blocking sleds, a new kicking net, knee braces, football spats, an endzone camera, scholarships, team events and banquets, food for the playoffs, and gear and clinics for the coaches.
If you would like to support your high school team, consider one of these sponsorships. If you would just like a day to spend with other golfers, and the camaraderie of a golf classic, register to play. In any case, you will be supporting our champions. Cost is $115 per golfer and $460 for a foursome, but alumni get a break, with a cost of $90 per golfer or $360 for a foursome.
