Crimson Hawks bow out of PSAC softball tournament
QUAKERTOWN, Pa. – After defeating East Stroudsburg in their first elimination game, the IUP softball team fell to Seton Hill in the afternoon as their PSAC tournament run came to an end on Thursday at Veterans Park in Quakertown. After a defeat on Wednesday, the Crimson Hawks rallied to defeat ESU 7-2 Thursday morning to stave off elimination. Division-rival Seton Hill then beat IUP 12-0 in five innings later in the day. The Hawks end their season with a 17-21 overall record. They were making their 19th all-time PSAC tournament appearance, including their first since 2018.
