#9 AMHERST SWEEPS #30 SKIDMORE 5-0 TO PROGRESS TO THIRD ROUND OF NCAA TOURNAMENT
AMHERST, MASS. – The Amherst College women’s tennis team hosted the #30 Skidmore College Thoroughbreds on Saturday in the 2nd Round of the Div. III NCAA Tournament. Before the matchup, Amherst’s national ranking of #9 rewarded them with a bye into the second round, whereas Skidmore blanked the Baruch College Bearcats, 5-0, in the first round.
