OXFORD, Ohio — The Miami softball team hit six home runs Saturday afternoon to propel the RedHawks to an 11-0 five-inning victory over Bowling Green in the final game of the MAC Softball Championship. Brianna Pratt picked up the win in the circle, allowing no runs and one hit en route to earning tournament MVP honors. Riley Coyne and Karli Spaid each hit a pair of homers to lead the Miami offense. With the victory, the RedHawks (39-15-1) earn an automatic berth to next week’s 64-team NCAA Division I Softball Championship. Bowling Green ends the weekend at 32-19.
