Reno High, Bishop Manogue aim for baseball title in 5A State Championship

RENO, Nev. — The 5A State Championship Tournament kicks off Thursday and will be played at College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas. Reno High and Bishop Manogue will play representing Northern Nevada. Reno High baseball is a top-20 team in the nation. Both Reno and Bishop Manogue aim for the North’s first large-class state baseball title since 2004. Manogue’s key contributors are Logan Pruski, Sam Kane, Christo Vitoria, Joey Scolari and Callan Scolari. For Reno, they have had an amazing season with an 11 game winning streak.
