Lehigh head field hockey coach Caitlin Dallmeyer announced on Friday the addition of Teresa Mathews to staff as associate head coach. Mathews, who has been at Northeastern since 2018, rejoins the Mountain Hawks’ program after serving three seasons on staff (2014-16), including as graduate assistant coach.
