Washington Lake Park hosts Eager To Motivate Fitness Training Motivation event
SEWELL, N.J. — Despite an intense heat wave with near triple-digit weather, more than 1,400 members of the Eager To Motivate (E2M) Fitness Training Motivation Group “brought the heat” to Washington Lake Park on July 23, as part of its New Jersey Meet-Up.
E2M — a worldwide virtual weight loss-based program for adults that runs in eight-week segments — is considered more than just a diet or “quick fix.” Through its popular “8-Week Challenge,” participants learn whole-body, healthy habits to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle after reaching their initial goals.
Erial resident Heather Pitman was among those who came to Washington Township from across the tri-state area to get active, meet and work out with E2M fitness trainers in person. “My social anxieties told me to skip the meet-up, but I pushed through and went,” Pitman said. “I coincidentally ran into the person who motivated me to join. It was an amazing, motivating morning. I thank the E2M coaches for coming to South Jersey!”
Members are provided a weekly workout regimen that is designed for all fitness levels and can be completed wherever convenient — whether at home or in the gym. E2M also offers supplement-free meal plans that feature whole foods, as well as options for vegetarians, vegans, and postpartum moms.
“E2M helps me take the next steps to create a healthier me,” Pitman continued. “We are a positive, uplifting community who hold each other accountable as we reach our goals.”
Having grown to more than 130,000 members in just four years, E2M’s private Facebook group is filled with cooking classes and workouts that include Zumba, high-intensity interval training, cardio kickboxing, step aerobics, spin, yoga, pilates, and more. While the sessions are held live, each is recorded and archived for future viewing.
