4. Zahbari Sandy, S, St. John’s College

The final representative from the St. John’s secondary, Sandy is arguably the best. At 6-foot-1, 205 pounds, Sandy has the prototypical size of a Division I defensive back and can line up either in the backend as a safety or even outside as a corner, where he played some for the Cadets last season. With two interceptions on the year, Sandy earned All-WCAC Capital Conference honorable mention. Sandy’s skills and size earned him a number of Division I opportunities with 21 offers but he ultimately committed to South Carolina in May, choosing the Gamecocks over Maryland, Ole Miss, Tennessee and West Virginia.
