8. Damon Walters, S, Bolingbrook

It is no surprise that Walters finds himself on this list when you look at his athletic background. The 6-foot-1 safety’s older brother, Brandon, finished up his tenure playing college football at Army last year, while his other brother, Justin, is currently a safety at Notre Dame. Damon’s sister, Kayla, also runs track at Miami (OH). Damon will follow in the footsteps of his older siblings after committing to stay home and play for Northwestern this past offseason.

He may have to add to his 175-pound frame by the time he is in Evanston, but this fall, the three-star will look to continue to showcase his length, range and physicality on defense.
