Top 10 Missouri HS football players in Class of 2023

10. Joshua Manning, WR, Lee’s Summit

This speedster from Lee’s Summit is considered the top wide receiver in the Class of 2023 for Missouri. At 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, Manning hauled in 69 catches for 900 and 11 touchdowns. Along with football, Manning also takes part in track and basketball. This past spring, he participated in the long jump and triple jump, which saw him finish second in the Missouri Class 5 state championship. Being this talented led him to receive offers from Missouri, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Notre Dame and other Division I programs. Manning decided to stay home and play for the Tigers. 

“I feel like as a kid, that’s always your goal, to fight for your home state,” Manning said when he made his announcement.
