Top 10 Pennsylvania HS football players in Class of 2023
2. Rodney Gallagher, WR/QB/SS, Laurel Highlands
The West Virginia commit is one of the top athletes in the state, but will likely make the switch to being a wide receiver, primarily, at the next level. At Laurel Highlands, the 6-foot senior has an impressive resume entering into his final season with over 4,000 yards of offense behind his passing, rushing, and receiving marks. With last year being his first full season as the team’s signal caller, Gallagher racked up 1,365 yards through the air while adding 1,130 yards on the ground. The Mustangs senior has impressed with a dynamic ability with the football in his hands, and after announcing he will not be playing basketball this upcoming year, will likely make an even bigger jump with the extra time on the field.
