10. Joey Schlaffer, TE, Exeter Township

After a 6-2 season in 2020, Schlaffer and the Eagles were able to build on their shortened campaign, enjoying a 10-4 record in 2021. Schlaffer’s ability on the offensive side came to the forefront throughout the team’s most recent season as the Hawks junior racked up 48 catches for 834 yards and nine touchdowns. After making the state semifinals, the 6-foot-6, 215-pound tight end showcased that his play could translate to the biggest of games as he totaled seven receptions for 109 yards and a touchdown in the team’s loss to Penn-Trafford. With another season to make it deeper into the playoffs, look for Schlaffer to build on his breakout campaign before he heads off to Penn State.
