3. Zander Rockow, RB/LB – Eau Claire Regis

Zander Rockow helped Eau Claire Regis to an undefeated regular season and an appearance in the sectional finals. As a running back, Rockow rushed for 1,069 and 17 touchdowns. As a linebacker he had 52 total tackles and six sacks as well as an interception. Rockow was a First Team All-State performer and is committed to play football at University of Minnesota next year. The 6-foot-1, 217-pound force on the football field will look to keep the Ramblers at the top of the Cloverbelt Conference and make it to the state tournament.
