Joining a high school sports team is an excellent way for students to make friends, stay in shape and show some school spirit. If one of your family members is starting grade 9 this fall, encourage them to check out their school’s social media postings and bulletin boards, as well as listen carefully to the morning announcements to see how they can become involved in their new school community.
