Freeland football’s annual Clash for a Cure game returns

FREELAND, Mich. — The 13th annual Clash for a Cure Football game is taking place on September 16. Our Falcons will be opposing Garber High School in a fundraiser game to fight against cancer.

All proceeds go to local community members actively battling cancer. This event was created to raise awareness and let cancer fighters know they are not alone in their battle.

Anyone can donate any monetary amount. Currently, the committee for the event is collecting donations in a unique way. Each grade level has its own respective box where donations can be placed. The boxes will be at the school open houses with the game t-shirts for sale.

For more information about the Clash for a Cure event, message the Freeland Clash for a Cure Facebook page.
