Meet New Milford distance runners Sydney Kelleher and AJ Taborsak
NEW MILFORD, Conn. — New Milford High School has had a renowned tradition as one of the top schools in the region for producing distance runners in Cross Country and Track. Sydney Kelleher and AJ Taborsak have built a list of accomplishments both athletically and academically that carry the NMHS tradition to new levels.
Sydney has become one of the most decorated runners in New Milford history and is still formulating her plans for a collegiate running career and pursuing a degree in business. AJ is also undecided on a college choice, with hopes of becoming an educator and coach, similar to his grandfather, the legendary Bob Taborsak.
It is a privilege to feature these outstanding citizens. With their skill level and determination, the best is surely yet to come.
