Whitaker is a dual-threat quarterback who continues to come into his own as a passer. Following a 2021 campaign in which he threw for 1,523 yards and 10 touchdowns, the Brownsburg signal-caller is on pace to break those marks as a senior, as he has already matched his touchdown total and has thrown for over 1,200 yards in 2022 while completing 73% of his passes. Behind 488 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground last year as well, the 6-foot-2 Western Illinois commit led Brownsburg to a 9-3 record, and has them off to a perfect 5-0 start in 2022.
