Last year as a freshman, Willis saw limited action for an Indianapolis Lutheran squad that went a perfect 15-0 while winning a Class A state championship. However, it is what the 6-foot-2 lefty has done since taking over as the team’s starter this year that earns him a spot on this list. The quarterback currently leads all of Indiana with 1,639 passing yards, which is also a top-10 mark in the nation. Completing 71% of his passes, he has also added 21 touchdowns to just two interceptions for a perfect 5-0 Saints squad, putting up many impressive performances early in the year.
