DePaul falls to Marquette in Conference Opener
On Thursday afternoon DePaul women’s soccer was held off by Marquette 3-2 after tying in the first half. The Golden Eagles pushed past the draw in the 55th minute after a penalty kick goal. Seven minutes later, Marquette broke the back line, increasing their lead. Forward Kristin Boos responded with a successful penalty kick goal for DePaul, but the Blue Demons could not generate another connection before the end of the game.
