SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.— Cal Poly Humboldt got things started in CCAA play with a 0-0 tie against the Gators of San Francisco State on Friday afternoon at Cox Stadium. Four different Lumberjacks, including Dylan Tovani, Juan Perez, Edgar Gonzalez and Nico Herrera-Land, combined for six shot attempts for Humboldt. Herrera-Land accounted for two of the Jacks’ three shot on goal attempts while goalkeeper Adrian Gallardo recorded three saves in his second straight shutout.
