10. Xavier Thomas, PF, Brother Rice
The 6-foot-6 forward is one of three Brother Rice players on this year’s list. Thomas has been pursued by a number of mid-major schools across the midwest and committed to the University of Toledo in June. The senior point forward can make an impact on the game in a variety of ways.
