Top 10 Missouri boys basketball players in Class of 2023
4. Cade Phillips, PF, Link Academy
Phillips has a four-star rating by ESPN and Rivals while 247 Sports puts him as the No. 28 power forward in the nation and No. 134 overall.
Phillips chose the University of Tennessee over Clemson, Auburn and Alabama. He played at Jacksonville High School in Alabama as a junior – where he averaged 13.3 points and 8.2 rebounds to lead the team to win its first AHSAA basketball championship. He also joined the 1,000-point club in the middle of last season. As a transfer at Link Academy this season, the 6-foot-9 PF stands as the tallest in the group of Missouri’s best.
