8. Royal Brown, PG, Cohoes

The 6-foot-2 guard was the engine behind the Cohoes’ 19-2 season, averaging over 30 points per game, five rebounds, two assists, and two steals. After leading Section II in scoring, Brown is ready to repeat the accomplishment in his senior season as the Tigers look to fuel their playoff aspirations. Following an early upset in last year’s Class B playoffs, Brown and the Tigers are ready to run things back in the quest for a longer postseason run. With offers from a host of Division I basketball programs, the senior guard is set to make one final splash before heading off to play at the collegiate level.
