9. Rodney Gallagher, PG, Laurel Highlands

A native of Uniontown, Gallagher isn’t planning on hooping at the next level — at this moment. The two-sport star is committed to playing football at West Virginia next fall. He chose the Mountaineers in part because basketball coach Bob Huggins is leaving the door open for him to return to the court. 

Last season with the Laurel Highlands Mustangs, he posted 18.6 points per game. Over his career, he’s also pulled down five rebounds and dished out 5.4 assists per outing.
