5. Joseph Tugler, PF, Cy Falls 

At 6-foot-7, Tugler has massive hands and a dominating frame which will bode well for his chances at the next level. The Cy Falls big man is a high-energy player who lives off of put-backs and tip-ins. A force in the paint due to his ability to finish strong at the rim, rebound and block shots at a high rate, Tugler will be another defensive weapon for Sampson after the four-star forward committed to Houston in May to team up with Jefferson.
