9. Riley Brooks, SG, Ripon High School

Last season as a junior, Brooks almost averaged a double-double by scoring 25.8 points and bringing in 9.8 rebounds. At 6-foot-6, Brooks has great size and is an extremely capable scorer. Following his final season with Ripon, he will begin his collegiate basketball career with Northern Michigan.
