5. Terrell Webster, Guard, McKinley Tech
After transferring from St. John’s School to McKinley last summer, Webster showed explosiveness during his first campaign with the McKinley Trainers. During the year, the 6-foot-2 point guard averaged 15.9 points and 1.1 rebounds in 23 games helping McKinley to a 22-8 record and an appearance in the DC State Athletic Association Class AA tournament quarterfinals. An effective outside shooter, Webster actually hit more 3-pointers (68) than 2-point baskets (61). The junior earned Washington Post All-Met honorable mention and DCSAA first-team All-State honors for his efforts.
