RIVER FOREST, ILL. — Four Cougars were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team. Julia Beers (Mishawaka, Ind.), Grace Heywood (Northbrook, Ill.), Katie Stonich (Sadieville, Ky.), and Isabelle Vernengo (Plainfield, Ind.) were all chosen to represent Concordia University Chicago (CUC) due to their athletic performance and academic prowess in the classroom. As a student, all athletes must have a 3.5 or above in order to be nominated for CSC Academic All-District recognition.
