Pomperaug HS athletes to compete at Division 1 level
SOUTHBURY, Conn. — Five student-athletes from Pomperaug High School gathered with their families and coaches on Wednesday, November 15th, 2022, on the first day of the NCAA’s early signing period to sign national letters of intent to participate in sports at the Division 1 collegiate level.
“We are proud of our student-athletes and wish them continued success in their athletic careers,” said Ron Plasky, Director of Athletics for Pomperaug High School.
Signing their letters are Front Row (L-R): Colin Martin, Men’s Swimming, Iona University; Collin Thompson, Men’s Swimming, Bryant University; Emma Pfeiffer, Women’s Cross Country/Track & Field, Florida Southern College.
