5. Russ Grimm, OL (1981-91)

The star of the most recognized unit in franchise history, Grimm was a key member to the famed “Hogs” offensive line of the 80s and 90s. The center and guard was drafted by Washington in 1981 and played each of his 11 NFL seasons with the team.

Over the course of 11 seasons, Grimm was named to four consecutive Pro Bowls, three straight first-team All-Pro teams and won three Super Bowls with the Redskins. He was also named a member of the Hall of Fame’s All-1980s team and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010.
