Enka and TC Roberson athletes make scholarship decisions
ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Some students at Enka and TC Roberson High Schools already know where they are headed for college in the 2023-24 school year. These students made the decision to take advantage of athletic scholarships offered to them on “Early Signing Day” this past November. They’ve demonstrated discipline and focus in their high school athletic careers. It is exciting to have so many matriculating from schools in the community!

College: Limestone College
Tyler is excited because he knows if he plays well, he will be on the field. He likes knowing he could start in his early years of college.

From Enka High School
Hadleigh Dill
Sport: Basketball
Hadleigh says it has been a dream to play basketball at the college level. Making it official and already knowing she will play basketball for a Division I school is special. She already loves the school.

College: UNC Asheville
Owen is excited to stay close to home. He appreciates the quality of the campus and already loves the coaches. This athlete knows the importance of diet and pointed out the food courts are the best he has ever seen.
Parker Roberts
Sport: Baseball
College: Mars Hill University
Parker believes Mars Hill has a strong program that is on the rise. He feels we will become the best player he can be while there.
