5. 2015 Kansas City Chiefs
It had been 45 years since a team was able to overcome a 1-5 start to make the postseason when the Chiefs found themselves sitting with that record six weeks into the 2015 season. This daunting task didn’t faze the team however as they were able to win their next 10 regular season games to make the postseason as a wild card.
In the first round, the lower-seeded Chiefs would manhandle the host Houston Texans in a 30-0 victory. The good times would not last though as the Chiefs lost to the New England Patriots 27-20 in the next week’s divisional round.
