No athlete was able to grab the headlines quite like Brown, who got attention immediately when he left the Tampa Bay Buccaneers sideline in the middle of the game on Jan. 2. This prompted the team to release the disgruntled wide receiver on Jan. 6 and since then he hasn’t been far from the spotlight.

From numerous social media posts including many about his former quarterback Tom Brady to an arrest warrant and police “standoff” that sent the Internet into a frenzy, Brown has had the sports world tightly wrapped around his finger. With Brown still getting plenty of eyes for his off-the-field antics, don’t expect him to be far from the headlines in 2023.
