1. Joe Sakic, C (1988-2009)

Sakic is the franchise leader in goals (625), games (1,378), assists (1,016) and points (1,641). He played for the team when it was in Quebec and played his entire career with the franchise. He won a Conn Smythe Trophy, Hart Memorial Trophy, Lester B. Pearson Award, All-Star Game MVP award and Lady Byng Trophy while playing for the Avalanche. He also was a part of Colorado’s first two Stanley Cups and led the team in points during both postseason runs.
