Garnet Valley cheerleaders win District 1 Championship
GLEN MILLS, Pa. — The Garnet Valley High School cheerleaders won the District 1 Championship, beating out 21 other cheer teams in the division. “We have competed in the District 1 Championship seven years, and this is our fifth win,” said Lisa Garman, Varsity Cheerleading Coach. “This means that we move on to the States Championship in Hershey.”
Lisa noted that there are 15 girls on the team, with one freshman and the rest upperclassmen. “This is a good group of girls, and we love them, and we’re so proud of them,” Lisa said.
