8. Rashean Mathis, CB (2003-2012)
Mathis was selected by the Jaguars in the second round (39th overall) of the 2003 NFL Draft and is regarded as one of the best defensive players in franchise history. His best NFL season came in 2006 when he totaled eight interceptions (tied for third in the league), earned first-team All-Pro and Pro Bowl status.

Mathis holds Jaguars franchise records for most career interceptions (30), career interception return yards (512), career defensive touchdowns (3) and career passes defended (99).
